Many of us realize there are just as many positive opportunities these days as there are so-called "bad" things happening. It's all how we perceive life, how things affect us. In this episode ZLORD cohosts teZa and Carter Lord discuss how it's always a choice, how we perceive any aspect of life. Specific examples of choosing to be positive are given for challenging situations. All around us, everyday, every moment, we get challenged by others. It's totally up to us whether we let someone else's annoying ways (or dangerous, or depressing, neurotic, "not nice" behavior) affect our birth-right privilege of feeling content, even blissful, with the way things are. Sure, we want to help others, but helping ourself be content is our main responsibility.
One thing is for sure: Everything changes! Here the cohosts discuss how to find inspiration in even the worst situations. Example: how we can help climate change by planting trees instead of being fearful of civilization's future. Here's some helpful links to pursue that proactive way of finding goodness in untenable fear, with tree planting.
